Click to DonateOur vision is to ensure future graduates ensure they know what it means to be a Bonnie, yet there's more to our lofty ambitions when it comes to making a movie. We want educators across the U.S. today to have the right tools to meet Gen Z (ages 14-22) needs fostering young minds to solve the problems of their time. Our research shows this is the most social justice oriented cohort to come along since the 1960s ... and they like sports! US historian for LBJ, Doris Kearns Goodwin, would agree the role of history is to inform future generations to help acquire the necessary skills to cultivate leadership, team work, resulting in building stronger communities. Education is the great equalizer and behind Lyndon Johnson's 1965 Act of Higher Education.
In addition to airing nationally on PBS in 2025 we will employ an Impact Media campaign, host screenings across the country in partnership with our sponsors, SBU's 32 alumni chapters and a theater or classroom near you!
